Futbol as Football Series: Omiya Ardija from the J2 League  in Japan.

This squad is nicknamed "the Squirrels". 

How freakin' cool is that?

Under Armour has done this team well in 2015 with a pretty cool subtle checker design on the shoulders and in 2016 they are going with subtle striping. I didn't have to do much in order to incorporate the Squirrel from their badge for the helmet.

Fonts used - Deadhead rough for the chest Omiya Ardija, Lawson for the name font in English, Nishiki Tek for traditional Japanese font, Long Shot for the numeral font.

ThespaKusatsu Gunma from J-League2 in Japan. 

I tried to stay as close as possible to their kit this season as possible. I incorporated the Heat rising symbols from the lion's mouth on the sides of the helmets while using a reduced crest on the shoulders. 

While doing research for the squad I decided to follow their facebook page to see how they are doing during their campaigns!
