HŠK Zrinjski Mostar from the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Before I knew about Tennessee's redesign from Nike, I had incorporated the Croatian checker pattern into the Noblemen's pant stripes to reflect the team's crest.

In this series of concepts I try not to reinvent the team shields, just scale them down for a more American/Canadian football feel. I'll either place the restyled crests on the helmet, an element on the side or just go hog wild with something different.
I also used their traditional sash as shoulder stripes and I think that turned out fairly well!
